Description
Automatic Vacuum Forming and Cutting in One Production Line
The Full-Automatic Negative Pressure Thermoforming Machine with Cutting combines vacuum forming and cutting processes in one continuous automatic production line.
The machine integrates mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems and is controlled by a microcomputer and industrial PLC. Its user-friendly HMI touchscreen allows operators to monitor the production process and adjust operating parameters conveniently.
A far-infrared heating system heats the plastic sheet evenly before forming. The heated sheet is then shaped by negative pressure, accurately cut, automatically stacked, and counted. The integrated process reduces secondary handling, saves labor, minimizes product contamination, and improves overall production efficiency.
Automatic Production Process
The machine completes the following operations automatically:
Sheet feeding → Heating → Negative-pressure vacuum forming → Cooling → Cutting → Stacking → Automatic counting
Each section of the production line works together continuously, providing stable and efficient production of thermoformed plastic products.
Key Features
Integrated Forming and Cutting
Vacuum forming and cutting are completed within one production line, reducing the need for separate machines and additional product handling.
Negative-Pressure Forming Technology
The vacuum-forming system produces consistent shapes, smooth surfaces, and reliable product dimensions for a wide range of plastic packaging applications.
PLC and HMI Control
The complete machine is controlled by an industrial PLC and human-machine interface, allowing operators to set and monitor production parameters easily.
Far-Infrared Heating System
The heating system provides stable and even heat distribution across the plastic sheet, supporting consistent forming quality.
Automatic Stacking and Counting
Finished products are automatically stacked and counted, reducing manual labor and simplifying downstream packaging operations.
High Cutting Force
The integrated cutting station provides a maximum cutting force of 100 tons, helping achieve clean edges and accurate product separation.
Wide Forming Area
The machine is available with maximum forming areas of 850 × 750 mm or 950 × 750 mm, making it suitable for different mold and product sizes.
Reduced Manual Handling
Automatic feeding, forming, cutting, stacking, and counting reduce direct operator involvement and help prevent secondary contamination.
Reliable Industrial Operation
The machine offers stable functionality, convenient operation, strong automation, and reliable performance for continuous production environments.
