Precision Molds for Plastic Thermoforming Production

The  Plastic Thermoforming Mold Series is designed and manufactured according to each customer’s product drawing, sample, plastic material, machine model, and production-capacity requirements.

These molds can be used with automatic thermoforming machines, vacuum-forming machines, cup-making machines, and three- or four-station production lines. Different mold structures are available for forming, punching, cutting, stacking, and other thermoforming operations.

Every mold can be customized according to the required product shape, forming depth, cavity quantity, sheet thickness, cooling method, cutting system, and machine working area.
