High-Precision Thermoforming for Large and Thick Plastic Sheets

The Thick Plastic Sheet Vacuum Thermoforming Machine is designed for producing large, deep, and durable products from thick thermoplastic sheets.

The upper and lower mold platforms are driven through servo motors, reducers, and precision gear-transmission systems. This structure provides strong clamping force, accurate positioning, smooth movement, and stable operation. Multi-stage movement speeds and mold travel positions can be adjusted according to different product shapes, materials, and forming requirements.

The machine uses short-wave halogen instant heaters to provide fast and efficient sheet heating. Its PID intelligent temperature-control system includes automatic voltage regulation, helping maintain stable temperatures across the heating area and improve product consistency.

Production Process

The main production process includes:
