High-Efficiency Multi-Station Thermoforming Production Line

The  Three/Four-Station Thermoforming Machine is designed for manufacturers requiring fast, stable, and automated production of thermoformed plastic packaging.

Its multi-station configuration combines the main production processes into one continuous line. Forming, cutting, and stacking operations work together to reduce manual handling, improve production efficiency, and maintain consistent finished-product quality.

The machine is suitable for processing different thermoplastic sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.15 to 2.0 mm. It can manufacture round, square, rectangular, compartmented, shallow-draw, and other custom-shaped packaging products.

Automatic Production Process

The standard production process includes:

Plastic sheet feeding → Heating → Thermoforming → Cooling → Cutting → Automatic stacking → Product collection

The machine can be connected with suitable molds, conveyors, counting devices, scrap-recycling systems, and packaging equipment according to the customer’s production requirements.
