Description
High-Efficiency Automatic Plastic Cup Thermoforming Machine
The Servo Motor Cup Making Machine is designed for the automatic production of plastic cups and other thermoformed packaging products. It uses an advanced servo motor, reducer, eccentric wheel, crank, and connecting-rod drive system to provide strong forming pressure, accurate movement, stable operation, and efficient production.
The machine combines mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in one integrated production line. Sheet feeding, heating, forming, and in-mold cutting are completed automatically, reducing manual handling and improving production consistency.
Its two working stations can operate synchronously, helping manufacturers achieve high production efficiency while maintaining accurate product dimensions and reliable forming quality.
Automatic Production Process
The machine completes the following operations automatically:
Sheet feeding → Multi-stage heating → Thermoforming → In-mold cutting → Product collection
This integrated process reduces production time, minimizes material handling, and improves the efficiency of plastic cup and container manufacturing.
Key Features
Servo-Driven Forming System
The working stations are driven by servo motors and precision mechanical transmission components, providing stable movement, accurate positioning, and strong forming performance.
Integrated Forming and Cutting
Forming and in-mold cutting are completed in the same production cycle, reducing the need for additional cutting equipment and improving product accuracy.
PLC and Touchscreen Control
The machine is controlled through an industrial PLC and high-definition color touchscreen. Operators can easily set, monitor, and adjust heating, forming, feeding, and cutting parameters.
Multi-Stage Radiation Heating
The heating system provides even temperature distribution across the plastic sheet, helping improve material stretching, wall-thickness consistency, and product clarity.
Two-Station Synchronous Operation
The machine’s two main stations operate simultaneously, increasing productivity and supporting continuous automatic production.
High Production Speed
The XG-C Series can achieve production speeds of 15–35 cycles per minute, depending on the product shape, material, sheet thickness, and mold configuration.
Wide Material Compatibility
The machine can process various thermoplastic and biodegradable sheet materials, making it suitable for different packaging applications.
Stable and Energy-Efficient Operation
The servo-driven system provides accurate motion control while helping reduce unnecessary power consumption compared with conventional hydraulic or mechanical systems.
