High-Precision Hydraulic Die-Cutting Solution
The Four-Column Plane Precision Hydraulic Cutting Machine is an industrial cutting system developed for accurately cutting sheet, roll, foam, textile, plastic, and packaging materials with cutting dies.
The machine uses two hydraulic cylinders together with four guide columns and balanced connecting rods. This automatic balancing structure distributes pressure evenly across the cutting platen, helping ensure that every position achieves the same cutting depth.
It is suitable for cutting both single-layer and multiple-layer materials. Different cutting forces and working-table sizes are available to accommodate a wide variety of product dimensions and production requirements.

Double-Cylinder Four-Column Structure
The twin hydraulic cylinders, four guide columns, and balanced connecting-rod system provide stable pressure and uniform force distribution throughout the cutting area.
Automatic Platen Balancing
The automatic balancing design ensures that the cutting depth remains consistent at different positions on the working table.
Automatic Slow Cutting
When the cutting platen contacts the cutting die, the machine automatically changes to a slower cutting speed. This helps reduce dimensional differences between the upper and lower layers of stacked materials.
Adjustable Cutting Stroke
The cutting stroke can be set according to the height of the cutting die and material thickness, making adjustment simple and accurate.
Large Cutting Area
Standard and extended working-table configurations are available, with cutting areas up to 810 × 1600 mm.
Multiple Cutting-Force Options
Configurations with cutting forces from 40 to 100 tons are included in the published specification tables. The catalog also lists HTA-7 and HTA-8 series models ranging from 30 to 100 tons.
